Terms and conditions of use of the cottages

Dear Guests, in order for you to feel safe and comfortable in our cottages and on the premises of the resort, we kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions of stay carefully. By making a reservation, you accept these terms and conditions.

• The minimum rental period for a cottage is three days (a shorter rental period is possible for an additional fee of PLN 200 for cleaning the cottage).
• A local tax per person is added to the cottage rental price, in accordance with the rate set by the Rewal Municipal Office.
• The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
• The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. the following day.
• The cottage will be reserved after payment of the agreed deposit amount within 2 days of the booking confirmation to the specified bank account number. The amount due is payable for the entire period of stay upon arrival (the deposit amount is included in the settlement). Failure to use any of the services by the Guests does not entitle them to a refund of the amount paid. Payment of the deposit also constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
• In the event of a change in the booking date or a shortening of the stay by the Lessor, or a complete cancellation of the stay for reasons beyond the Owner's control, the deposit is non-refundable.
• The Tenant may not transfer or make the cottage available to third parties; unregistered persons may not stay in the cottage or on the property between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• Our guests may receive visitors from outside with the consent of the owner of the resort. These persons may then stay on the premises for a maximum of 3 hours at a time.
• By making a reservation, the Lessee agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of completing the reservation.
• A deposit of PLN 300 per cottage is required and must be paid on the day of arrival. The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out, after checking the technical condition and equipment of the cottage. Guests of the resort bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of items in the cottage caused by them or their visitors.
• If it is not possible to arrive at the agreed time, the Lessee is obliged to notify the owner by telephone. If the Lessee cannot be contacted by 9 p.m. on the day of arrival, the owner of the resort reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.
• Information about any changes or cancellations to your booking should be sent to us by e-mail or telephone.
• The cottage rental includes the number of persons agreed with the Owner in accordance with prior arrangements.
• Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment or technical devices caused by them or persons under their responsibility.
• The Owner is not responsible for valuables left in the cottages.
• Please take due care to close windows and doors when leaving the cottage.
• The owner reserves the right to request that guests who do not comply with the Regulations leave the premises, especially those who grossly disturb the rest of other neighbours. In this case, no refund will be made for the rental.
• The owner provides a playground for children, but as parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children, we ask that you supervise them closely and inform you that the owners of the Centre are not responsible for the safety and health of children staying at the Centre.
• Before leaving the cottage, the tenant is obliged to sort waste in the designated area.
• Guests may park their cars in the car park on the premises. One car per cottage.
• Upon renting a cottage, each Guest accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions contained in the Regulations for the Use of Błękitne Zamorze Cottages and PREMIUM Cottages in Niechorze.
• In the event of damage to the equipment/property of the cottage, guests are requested to immediately inform the Owner in order to arrange for repair/replacement. Financial compensation for the above-mentioned repair/replacement will be calculated according to the cost of the repair and must be paid on the day of departure at the latest.
• The Owner has the right to refuse to accept guests who violated the rules during their previous stay.
• The price of services provided by the Owner of the resort does not include insurance for injuries, damage to property, damage to the health and property of third parties.
• For the safety and comfort of our guests, fire safety regulations must be observed. It is strictly forbidden to leave open flames unattended, and it is forbidden to use electric heating devices or other electrical appliances not provided in the cottage that may cause a fire hazard.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages.
• The owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by independent suppliers, such as temporary lack of water or electricity.
• In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services shall apply accordingly.
